Transit & Breakage Policy

• We recommend ordering 10% extra to allow for any potential damage during transit.

• In the event that items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) only. To qualify, clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

• Damage caused by handling after delivery is not covered.
